Meet The Team

Dr. Priscilla Guimaraes joined our team in January 2023, following 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Hailing from Brazil, she embarked on the journey to Victoria a decade ago, bringing with her a rich background in business administration, extensive patient care experience, and an impressive academic achievement—a Ph.D. in Dentistry. Priscilla is deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care and ensures that the entire team shares this commitment. She thrives on empowering the team to achieve their full potential while consistently delivering exceptional care to our patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Sahrita joined our administrative team in 2021, enhancing our efficient and patient-focused service with over a decade of customer service experience and a background in medical administration. As our Surgical Patient Care Coordinator, Sahrita is happy to support patients throughout their surgical journey, from booking consultations to scheduling procedures. Her responsibilities include the careful management of documents and files, as well as providing vital support to the team with administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, Sahrita enjoys pet sitting, sewing, hiking, spending time in nature, and checking out the amazing restaurant scene in Victoria.

With over a decade of experience at Clinic 805, Alicia brings well-honed knowledge as well as a continuous desire for learning to our practice. Her caring and patient nature helps to ensure that your experience with us is as seamless and comfortable as possible. Beyond her coordinator role, Alicia provides training and support to other office staff, and often works behind the scenes on various special projects. In her “free” time, Alicia enjoys being a mom to two active boys. She loves baking and crafting, and can often be found experimenting with new recipes and ideas and passing her skills along to her sons. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Alicia relishes spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.

Dianne joined the Clinic 805 team in October 2020, relocating to beautiful Victoria from Florida. Dianne is an incredible asset to the clinic, bringing extensive knowledge of skincare, laser, and injectable treatments from her experience in a busy dermatology practice. In her role, Dianne manages our medical aesthetics patients, ensuring they have the most rewarding experience possible. From the very start of her time with Clinic 805, Dianne’s passion for her field and fantastic sense of humour have shone through. Outside of her professional life, Dianne enjoys exploring Victoria and its surrounding areas, including new hiking trails (especially if they lead to waterfalls)! As an animal lover, she’s always up for snuggles with her rescue cat, Oliver.

Misty joined our Clinic 805 team at the beginning of 2024, bringing with her over seven years of experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria in 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on neuroscience and clinical psychology. Misty has worked as a medical office assistant and surgical booker across various specialties, but her passion consistently draws her back to plastic surgery. Raised in the Yukon, Misty has thrived in Victoria since 2016. Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore the island, always on the lookout for the tastiest treats and the most beautiful views our home has to offer.

Etsuko is our Laser Technician and Master CoolSculpting® Healthcare Practitioner. Originally from Japan, Etsuko has resided in Victoria, B.C. since 2006. She has over 30 years of invaluable experience in the medical aesthetics industry and numerous certificates under her belt. Along with her impressive credentials, patients love her warm and approachable nature.

Etsuko’s favourite services to perform include ablative laser procedures, CoolSculpting®, and IPL. Since joining our team, Etusko has become known for her astute assessments, valuable knowledge, and gentle touch when performing treatments. When Etsuko isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys drawing strength and confidence from her ballet and Pilates practice. You can often find her walking through Butchart Gardens and enjoying the changing seasons.

Shelley has been a registered nurse since 1993 and is registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). With a diverse background spanning acute care, community health, dermatology, and plastic surgery, Shelley’s extensive experience ensures a well-rounded and informed approach to medical aesthetics. Since 2000, Shelley has focused her career in the field of medical aesthetics. In 2007, she was certified by Cutera Inc. as a Clinical Applications Trainer for Western Canada, entrusted with training physicians and nurses on laser safety and Cutera laser treatment protocols. Building on her commitment to both patient and provider education, Shelley also served as a trainer for Allergan Canada in 2017.

Shelley collaborates closely with Dr. Smith’s facelift patients, elevating their surgical results by seamlessly integrating the art of medical aesthetics. Shelley is always attentive to the needs of her patients and specializes in crafting individualized injectable, laser rejuvenation, and skincare programs. As a member of the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses, the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and the Dermatology Nurses Association, Shelley remains committed to staying at the forefront of her field. Beyond her professional commitments, Shelley is a proud mother to sons Payton and Jaxson, as well as her lovable Boston Terrier, Dougie.

Dr. Jill Stone is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a visiting surgeon at Clinic 805, where she performs cosmetic surgery and lumps and bumps removal. In addition to her work at Clinic 805, she also sees patients at her practice in Nanaimo (Dr. Jill Stone Plastic Surgery).

Bringing exceptional expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, Dr. Stone trained at the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, and the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital. She completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins and a second fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery through UBC. A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, she is dedicated to helping patients find healing and renewed self-confidence through compassionate, patient-centered surgical care.

Aimee has been a registered nurse since 2013, having graduated in Calgary. She spent nearly the first 10 years of her career working at one of the main hospitals there before deciding to make the move to Vancouver Island, bringing her closer to her B.C. family and the ocean. With over nine years of experience in the operating room, Aimee loves the OR environment and the teamwork involved in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. In her spare time, she is often found exploring with her corgi puppy. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, she is constantly on the lookout for new cafés and blends to savour. Aimee also has a fondness for continuous learning, farmers’ markets, music and movies.

Since the founding days of Clinic 805, Pat has played a crucial role on our team as our surgical sterilization technician, with many years of experience in both the private and public sectors. While Pat’s role is behind the scenes, her work is critical to ensure the smooth functioning of the operating room. Much of her work is autonomous, highlighting the importance of her knowledge and skills in OR management. Beyond her professional expertise, Pat is an avid traveller, often embarking on international adventures with her treasured son. In her downtime, you can find her hiking and gardening.

Nancy became a Registered Nurse in 1992 and devoted the early part of her career to oncology before discovering her passion for cosmetic surgery. She joined Clinic 805 in 2014 and has been an integral member of the team for over a decade, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to the practice. In the clinic, Nancy performs a diverse nursing role—from preparing patients for surgery to supporting them through recovery and providing attentive post-operative care. She deeply values the connections she forms with her patients, and this dedication shines through in every aspect of her work. Her professional expertise is evident as she gently educates surgical patients, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and comfortable throughout their recovery journey. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys cooking, hiking, and travelling abroad.

Pamela has been working alongside Dr. Smith as a registered nurse for over two decades. She thoroughly enjoys being a part of the dynamic team at Clinic 805 and appreciates the relationships she has built with both staff and patients over the years. Pamela excels at anticipating and meeting the unique needs of cosmetic surgery patients, elevating patient experiences with her tailored approach to nursing. When she is not caring for patients, Pamela cherishes her country lifestyle, shared with her lifelong partner Brent and their horses.
