Payment Options

Non-Surgical Treatments:
Dermal filler treatments require a $100.00 deposit at time of booking, with balance due at time of treatment. Cancellations must be at least 48 hours prior or deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit/financial obligations for laser/skincare treatments will be thoroughly discussed with you at consultation, prior to booking.

We accept VISA, M/C, Debit or CASH for non-surgical services. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Surgical Procedures:
A 15% deposit is required for securing a surgical date. The remainder of the payment is due, in full, four weeks prior to the surgical date.

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card, CASH, money order or personal cheque.

If a surgical date is booked within two weeks, any payments made by cheque must be certified at the bank prior to.

Any surgical cancellation is subject to a $200.00 administration fee. Balance of refund will be based on the following:

If surgery is cancelled within three weeks of your procedure date, for non-medical reasons, the 15% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. However, any other payments received for surgery will be fully refunded.

If surgery is cancelled within three weeks of your procedure date, for medical reasons, a note from the family physician will be required in order to receive the 15% deposit refund.

If surgery is cancelled within one week for non-medical reasons, 30% of all fees paid will be retained.

If surgery is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to surgical date, the 15% booking deposit will be refunded, minus the $200.00 administration fee.

Product Returns

If there is a reaction to Skincare products purchased, they may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Financing for Cosmetic Procedures

There are a number of companies available to provide financing to patients desiring either cosmetic surgery or cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Soft tissue injectables, laser etc.

Patients can apply online or can contact the companies by phone to inquire.

Financing loans are negotiated directly with the patient. The company will then make the payment to Dr. Smith’s office at the appropriate time on the patient’s behalf.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Surgical Treatments:
We require confirmation of appointments. Please reply to your reminder email, letting us know you plan to attend. Any appointment not confirmed by 48 hours prior, will be cancelled.

For first appointments, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. There will be intake paperwork to complete and/or preliminary photos to be taken.

For treatment appointments, please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your appointment. Clients arriving late may need to be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.

For longer treatments, you will be given details regarding rebooking/cancellation at the time of booking.

Surgical Consultations/Procedures:
We require confirmation of a surgical consultation. Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled. If cancellation criteria are not met, rebooking will require payment of the $100.00 consultation fee at the time of booking.

For first appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. There may be intake paperwork to complete and/or preliminary photos to be taken.

If surgery is cancelled or changed within three weeks of your procedure date, for non-medical reasons, the 15% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.
